This is a small manual on evoking the Spirit Bast or Bastet according to some of the methods outlined in my other work, Evocation Through Sigil Magick. Bast is an ancient Egyptian Goddess known as the "Cat Goddess", as she was commonly represented as having the head of a cat and was the patron of cats. Here I give sixteen sigils for Bast, fourteen of which correspond to Bast as manifested through one of the Seven Hermetic Planets (Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter and Saturn), and two of which are sigils for Bast as a totality.

Leonte writes in an easily digestible way and I appreciate the lack of fluff or "padding". This is a reference book that I'll be consulting again and again. This is a nice little book on Bast. There are not that many books on this goddess and this one can give you a few months of workings in getting to know her and work with her. It's worth the money.
I really like this author's books and I totally love Bast!These techniques are really easy, but don't be fooled, you can summon Bast and get a good and very clear sense of her prescence.Really excellent!
What I disliked was it leaves you with many questions. Guess I'll have to read the author's other books soon.
